A housewife, Oluseyi Mark, on Thursday looked for the disintegration of her five-year-old marriage to her repelled spouse, Jonathan Mark, a minister over a claimed brutality and long division.
Oluseyi, an inhabitant of Osola Street, Ifako in Agege, Lagos State, encouraged an Agege Customary Court to end the union on grounds of brutality, absence of affection and long detachment.
The solicitor affirmed that her better half, a minister of a well known Lagos church was enamored with beating her over minor issues.
"When I was pregnant with our lone kid, my better half beat and punched me severally on my stomach.
"This made our child to have a scar on his mouth since I was conveyed of him till now.
"Since my significant other is a minister, l reported him to his congregation so that the senior citizens there could alert him and change his state of mind.
"Be that as it may, he had declined to transform from his rough demonstration,'' Oluseyi said
She asserted that her better half was additionally desirous of her and would turned vicious at whatever point he saw individuals around her or attempting to embrace her.

The candidate said that she had been living independently from her better half since December 2014.

The respondent, Jonathan Mark of Kayode Alabi Street, Haruna in Ogba, a suburb of Lagos, however denied every one of the charges leveled against him.
